Saturday is the second best day of the week..

Why is Saturday only the second best day of the week? Cause Friday is the best day of course! Actually this was only true when I was still in primary and secondary school. I just love Fridays, Fridays has shorter classes, get to go home earlier, and also taking home together with that kind of feeling knowing that the next 2 days I don't need to wake up at 6.30a.m. to go back to school! Missed those days back in secondary school. Time do past very very fast.

Anyway, I don't want to sound so old and talk about the past. Today is a interesting day. Woke up at 8a.m., was supposed to wake up later abit, but somehow I woke up so early and I couldn't get myself to go back to sleep. And I need to go back to work at 9a.m. to adjust one more camera for Uncle Ritchie and get my pay cheque! So, stone until 9a.m.. Then at 9.20a.m., my trusty colleague Benjamin Tay sms me and tell me that he is going breakfast with his dad first! OMG!! Seriously, I wanted to go back to sleep, but I thought how long can breakfast be? So I waited untillllll.. 10.50a.m.! Ahaha..wasted almost 3 hours of my life stoning.

But anyway. Finally recieved my pay cheque..ta dahh...

Obviously Uncle Ritchie did not pay me "X Thousand Only" laa..editted the first digit out, don't feel nice revealing just like that. But if you wanna know, can ask me personally. Ahaha.

So after "work" and after collecting our pay, we left Kepong, and somehow I got myself trapped and I've to follow Benj down to Low Yat to get his brand new Digital Camera, Canon Ixus I Zoom...

Looks really sexy eh? I recommend it to him one! Ahaha, not bad for a camera at this price range, very affordable, somemore 5.0 megapixel. Probably one of the best and most recommended "point and shoot" camera to carry to formal event without leaving a bulge in your fancy pants pocket.

Here's a sample shot from his camera..

For those Hypertune magazine readers out there, YES, that is the Hypertune Avanza project car. Was parked right outside my church. At first Bryan saw it and when he came and tell me about it, didn't believe him. Ahaha..sorry la! Actually before this I saw this car twice already, once in Aman Suria, another time was on the way down from Genting on new years eve. Was trying to make him horn for, but the driver was too patient with me. (Wanted to test out his 138dB air horn!!)

Here's another sample shot from Ben's camera..this is during dinner time @ Pizza Hut..(BTW, Pizza Hut Tmn Tun SUCKS big time, service is TERRIBLE. Serve us with PAPER CUP! wth? But the best thing is, their server got shut down, so their cash register/computer cannot be online, so when we paid, we "forgot" to mention a few things to them and end up saving quite a bit! Well, they deserve it for the terrible service!)

Well, it was suppose to be a picture of "The only guy who has a girlfriend with him tonight", but somehow, I don't know why Raymond ter-appear behind..

During YF games, I was suddenly amazed at how good was Thomas Nokia N70 HP camera (I mean for HP camera standard!). This is a sample of a photo taken by his HP at highest reso..

Surprising thing is, on this pic (ONLY this pic), his camera manage to reproduce the colors so sharply and accurately that is almost better then Benjamin's Canon I Zoom (Albeit a little bit out of focus).

Well, that was the only pic from his camera that is "passable" for my standard. But anyway, I had fun playing around with his phone..here is more random pics..

Jin Fong finally got a hair cut, but unfortunately, forgot to cut the back part of his hair, so he looks.......err....no commment. (No hard feelings la k?)

Here is Nigel Tay a.k.a. Niggar Tay! He thinks he's some big shot celebrity from his own dream world, but, he needs to wake up soon and realise that form 4 is no time for day dreaming!!

Captain ball and wet badminton court. And this leeds to.... (If you're observant enough, you can actually see that Anna shirt and pants is all wet caused she slipped!)

So that's it for today. But before I leave to my own dreamland, I got this from Han Ken's blog, somehow I find it very sweet...

A girl asked a boy if she was pretty.
He said no.
She asked him if he wanted to be with her forever.
He said no.
She then asked him if he would cry if she walked away.
He again said no.
She had heard too much.
She needed to leave.
As she walked away, he grabbed her arm and told her to stay, he said,
"You're not pretty, you're beautiful. I don't want to be with you forever, I need to be with you forever. I wouldn't cry if you walked away, I would die."

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia..

Got this off The Star Online!! Be prepared people..

SPM results out on Mar 13

PETALING JAYA: Results for the 2005 SPM examination will be released on March 13, while STPM results will be out on March 16, Education Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein announced Thursday.

Okay, this is sort of a mix feeling. I really want to know my results, after so many months, and also after 5 years of studying all because of this one exam. I really want to know have I wasted 5 years of my life in school learning nuts, or at least I gained something out of it. I know I've wasted my BM and Sejarah already, since Sejarah I can definitely say I won't be able to past caused I only answered 1 essay out of 6, and I only know how to do 1 Structur question out of 4. Yes is bad, and I regretted not doing better. I used to be very "Kiasu" in my studies when I'm in form 1 and 2, always studying my butt off hoping to get first (but always lose to this guy just by a few marks and end up getting second in class). Things change when I came to form 3 and 4, especially form 4, I can say I virtually slept throughout my whole form 4, I didn't even study ANYTHING. I didn't do ANY homework, nor did I pay attention to ANY teacher. The minute I reached school, I'll be sleeping on my trusty ol' Nike bag (which really works great as a pillow!).

All I can say that I regretted how I was in form 4. Who said that form 4 is a honey moon year? Infact, form 4 should be the year you pay attention most in class, then form 5 can be more relaxed. Oh well, no point crying over milk that has been spilled. I just hope I'm able to get a result which is good enough for myself, maybe not for my mom, but as long I'm happy, then is more then enough.

So to all form 4 people who is reading this, please, don't make the same mistake as I did, unless you're planning to fail Sejarah, BM and probably Add math too.

Touch up..

Only manage to sleep at 5.30a.m. last night. Most probably is because of the 2 teh ais I drank at Kayu and the extremely fattening roti tisu and also the depressing game of Dota just before I slept. Thankfully we manage to finish all up our work yesterday, so don't have to go to work at 9a.m. this morning anymore! But Ben and I still went back today at around 11a.m. because I remembered I have to touch up some stuff and also adjust 1 camera. Now, hopefully, my job is totally finished, but boss was planning to buy some dummy cameras for me to mount again..sigh..we'll see how that goes. But for now, the main job is done!

But until now, I still have TOTALLY NO IDEA how much I'm getting paid. Uncle Ritchie still haven't give any hint at all on how much he is paying us. Well, there's a great offer for my DSLR camera right now in Low Yat, and it ends on Sunday. Since Ben and I also planning to get a Digital camera (Ben wants a Canon Ixus I Zoom), so we also want our pay as soon as possible. But it seems only can get paid end of the month, what a bummer. Well, at least Ben's mom is willing to pay for his camera first.

Oh well, just have to be patient, anyway I have better things to do with my money first once I get it, I need to take someone to the Hospital and perform a check up.

Anyway, here are pics of our (Ben and I) hard work..

Before we started off, there was not even one camera connected to the computer, all the slots is just black..

But after 3 and a half weeks..

This is the results! 16 cameras! All spying on everyone! Ahaha..

With determination.. and prayer.. it will help you to achieve your goal..

8.03p.m., is the time when I finally finished instaling the last camera, and set up the computer and arranging the cameras properly for Uncle Ritchie. And, it was SO satisfying! Finally, after almost a month, no more cobwebs, no more plaster ceilings, no more dust, no more drilling, no more nailing! Wohoo! After all the hard work, well, but when I see my work high up there, feel very satisfied and proud of myself. Seriously, honestly, when I started doing, I didn't know whether I can even finish it or not, or do a proper job, but now after almost a month, and thanks to Benjamin's patients and help, is all done! It will even be more satisfying when I recieve my pay cheque!

Talking about determination and prayers, on my last post, I said that Ben and I was determined to finish up our job by today, even if we have to OT till 10p.m.. But things wasn't so easy for us today. Here are the challenges:

First challenge:
The minute we came to work, we found out that the fork lift that we always used was spoiled. The whole front wheel came off. Wow, was very disappointed at first. Because we're only left with 1 fork lift, and that fork lift is always in use by the workers. No fork lift = can't do work. But anyway it somehow work out well, and we manage to use the fork lift after all, during their lunch break n after their work (hence the OT till 8p.m.).

Second challenge:
Well, that was one of the problem, second problem was, when we are about to mount the camera, Uncle Ritchie came and suggest that the newest/last camera should be mount on the roof of his factory!! WHOAH!! That's like 2 and a half story high! But, luckily also, our normal fork lift spoiled and with the other better fork lift, I was manage to reach it and mount it, even though I was almost shaking of fear (phobia of heights laaa).

Third challenge:
So far everything went well even though a little set back. Then suddenly when we were putting all the 16 CCTV cables nicely in a casing in Uncle Ritchie office, when we connected it back, we noticed the 1 of the camera was pitch black!! Wah, panic, did a test, and at that time, we discovered that it wasn't the cable, but the DVR card to connect the CCTV to the computer was spoiled! Wah lao, Ben and I was damn panicked. So i try to play with all the settings, but no results. Try to unplug, nudge it and whatever, still no result! Still pitch dark! (at this point of time was super frustrated already), then Ben suggest we try to restart the whole com and see, our last resort, and while restarting, we were praying desperately for it to work (yes very desperate, I was not interested in finding the guy who sold me the card), and when the com finally started up, WOHOO!! It works!! Uncle Paul asked last week did emergency prayers work?? Well, IT DOES!!

Fourth challenge:
Well, it gets even better! When we finally finish everything and about to go home. Well, to cut it short, we somehow manage to get stuck in the conference room! And, because of how they do the locks on the doors, all the door knobs, their locks were facing outside!! And even though we have ALL they keys, but the keys to the door were non existent. I don't blame them, cause since they can open from outside. BUT, we were inside now! Panicked again. But thankfully, (by the way everything is pitch dark, thank goodness I carry my torch everywhere!) there is a fire escape! So we have to walk BAREFOOT out from the fire excape, down to the factory, through the laboratory (this is freaky, it was dark, and when I'm finding the keys for this door, I got abit lazy and lean against the door, it suddenly creaked open!), and out to the compound, and then enter all over again to the office to off everything!

What a long and interesting day..at work..ahahaa. Well, at least we reached our target! With determination, and prayer!

P.S.: Prayers do work people!!

Adenotonsillectomy..

Adenotonsillectomy, what is it? Is the medical name or the full word for "Tonsils". For those who doesn't know what is it, is actually a growth that blocks ones breathing passage. Most of the time, it is not fatal, it will only become fatal when the person having this growth ignores it and doesn't take proper medication or antibiotics.

If the tonsils gets too large, the person may not eat well, taking only small, soft foods. The person may also have some choking and mouth breathing. Often, the person snores very loudly, may not breathe well while asleep, and may actually stop breathing for several seconds. If severe and not treated, this can put strain on the heart and lung.

So why am I suddenly turning to a doctor? I'm not planning to be one at all, but someone very close to me and someone who mean alot to me is suspected of having Tonsils. And unfortunately, this person is not taking proper medication, and not going to a proper doctor for a full proper check up. And i'm really worried. All this person is taking is only some chinese herb given by some chinese "doctor".

So if you're reading this (you know who you are since you don't allow me to tell anyone), please stop being stubborn and go to a proper Hospital to do a proper check up! I hope you all can help me pray for this person, as I'll be praying very hard too that it won't lead to something major.

Can't wait..

So..have been working for almost a month already. Finally, tomorrow is the final camera that I have to mount! Wohoo, after 15 cameras, this may seems easy already, but noooo, this will be the hardest camera to mount yet. Because it wasn't planned at first in the "blueprint", so the wiring have to be on it's own, and must pull out some existing cable trunks. Sigh, hard work, but Benjamin is determined to finish it tomorrow..even if we have to OT until 10p.m.! I'm almost as desperate as him to finish! Pay pay pay!! MONEY!

So talking about money, and our pay, Ben and I actually have totally no idea how much will we get paid, I don't want to hope for too much, but at the same time, I'm also hoping to get paid quite well. Really want to get a few things...

First thing I want:

A Digital SLR camera! This is a Nikon D50, my dream camera since 2 years ago!

Second:

Ahh..B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L..Mission V61 bookshelf speakers. Well..I'm actually just hoping, no way my pay will be high enough to buy this..but..oh well..my "wish list".

Third:

Well, I want this..badly! But is impossible to buy it by myself, so, dad if you're reading this, you know what to do!! Albeit if it's even 5 years old. Ahaha =p

Fourth:

Continue my collection of torchlights, this are Surefire E2E Executive, Surefire M6, Surefire C2 Centurion and Surefire U2 Ultra.

Well, this are the things that I want, didn't know that I want so many things until when I'm finding the pictures for all the things I want. But then again, all this things are just materialistic things that we can only have on earth, and we won't be here on earth for long! And what's more, after we buy what we want, the craze will just disappear. Funny how life is..

What a day..at work!

Currently listening to :
- Delirious : Now is the time
- Friends with benefit

Bloody alarm wake me up at 8.30a.m. AGAIN! Really hate it, this morning was even harder to wake up for me, I keep on lying in bed hoping that I'm dreaming, but until 8.50a.m...it only hit me that I've no more hope that it could be a dream, and have to face the fact, get up, wash up, and get to work.

For those who didn't know. I'm currently working for Benjamin's father, Uncle Ritchie, helping him to install some secuirity stuff, CCTV and so on. So, my job now is actually just..fixing up camera's. From now on, when you go to 1Utama or anywhere, especially banks, look up on the ceiling and see those black dome cameras staring right at your face. Looks very simple and easy to install, but don't be fooled! Is no where near easy. At first before I agree to install for him personally, I also didn't expect it to be so hard, but, was so totally wrong, and now stuck with this back aching, dirty, dusty (dusty cause Uncle Ritchie fatory produces alot of powder product for construction), tiring, "Fear-factor" (Fear factor for me because I've a phobia of heights, and most of the time I'm on a ladder or a forklift which is as high as 2 stories!) job. But I've gained alot of experience by working with Uncle Ritchie, really appreciate the chance to work with him. Here is some random picture..

Say hi to my new friend, I destroyed it's "home" because it's in the way of my wiring. Don't usually find this kind of spider, small body but super long legs. Freaky!

Ahh..future boss of Axel Chemie, but now currently my colleague, he suffers almost as much as me, but most of the time he drives the fork lift around for me, and must wait patiently for me for up to half an hour or more. And love using "Stop ruining my life laa.." and "Holy moly macoroni from Italy..".

Thoughts from One Tree Hill

For those who know me, I'm a big fan of the tv series One Tree Hill. The reason why I like the show so much is, it actually teaches you how to be a teenager in one way or another. You learn from the mistakes that those people make in the show as a teenager, you also learn about life, about love, about friends, and about loving one another, or even someone who is less then "normal". This show teaches you everything. And every episode there will also be quote from someone famous, or one of the character in the show will say something meaningful. And sometimes it really strikes you..

The newest episode, Season 3, episode 15, at the ending, Whitey said this:
"It's been 50 years, 50 long years since i've done this. Looking back on what i've said all those years ago, all the hopes and dreams I have, I've came to the conclusion that if , having things turn out the way you wanted them to, thats a measure of a successful life, then some would say that i'm a failure. The important thing is, not to be bitter of life's disappoinment. Learn to let go of the past. I recognised that everyday won't be sunny, but when you find yourself lost in the darkness of despair. Remember, is only in the black of night you can see the stars. And no stars lead you back home. So don't be afraid to make mistakes, to stumble and fall, cause most of the time the greatest rewards comes from doing the things that scare you the most. Maybe you won't get everything you wish for, maybe you'll get more then you ever could've imagined, who know's where life will take you, the road is long, and in the end, the journey is the destination."

I find what he said to be very meaningful and practical, make us think twice about life...

Anyway for all of my One Tree Hill fan friends out there, you can download the album "Friends with benefit" from torrents (Yes is a real album!!), here are a few nice songs that is in the album and also featured on this episode:

Jack's Mannequin - The Mixed Tape
Jack's Mannequin - Dark Blue
Haley James Scott/Bethany Joy Lenz - Halo

Here is a pic of the album cover..
